Everybody's body is unique; each with its own strengths and limitations. I write a custom plan based on your shape, size, and fitness goals, which I help create with you.

A Bit More About Me
When I started exercising everyone did John Fonda Aerobics. Then one day in the gym I saw a lady doing what I would later know as bicep curls. I ventured up to her. It turned out that she was Russian powerlifter. I asked her to show me. I was hooked. I did my research on resistance training and started training myself.
During this time I was very unwell with Endometriosis and Polysystic Overy Syndrome. Having 7 ops relating to my condition and a further 3 for other gyny issues within 16 years. During this time I would always train. Supporting my body; going into the op, my recovery and my mental health which took a hammering during the years.
The reason I'm sharing this is getting in shape, feeling stronger shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can achieve.
